Lug N Loaded — Privacy Policy

Lug N Loaded is a co-op packing puzzle game for iOS, made by an independent developer, Kevin Bryan ("I", "me"). This policy explains what happens with your data when you play it.

The short version

I don't collect, store, or sell any personal information myself. The only data the app touches is what stays on your device, and whatever you already share with Apple through Game Center if you choose to sign in.

What's stored on your device

Lug N Loaded saves a couple of small values locally on your device, using iOS's standard app storage. Nothing here leaves your device:

Your best completion time for each level, solo and duo, so the app can show your personal best.
Whether you've completed the tutorial.
Your sound settings: music volume, sound effects volume, and mute.

This data isn't linked to your identity, isn't sent anywhere by the app, and disappears if you delete the app.

Game Center

Multiplayer matchmaking, the live connection between two players during a round, and the best-times leaderboards are all provided by Apple's Game Center. When you sign in to Game Center:

Apple handles your Game Center identity, matchmaking, and the connection between you and your partner.
If you're signed in, your best time for a level is submitted to that level's Game Center leaderboard, alongside your Game Center nickname (as set by you in Apple's own settings).

I don't receive or store any of this myself — it's governed by Apple's Privacy Policy and your own Game Center settings. You can review or delete your Game Center data, or turn Game Center off entirely, from your device's Settings app or at appleid.apple.com.

No ads, no analytics, no accounts

Lug N Loaded doesn't show ads, doesn't use any analytics or tracking SDKs, doesn't ask you to create an account, and doesn't collect your name, email, location, or contacts.

Children's privacy

The app itself doesn't knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, regardless of age. Game Center's own age-related protections (for example, restricted features for child accounts managed through Family Sharing) are controlled by Apple, not by this app.

Changes to this policy

If how the app handles data ever changes, I'll update this page and the date above.
