Lug N Loaded — Terms & Conditions

These terms cover your use of Lug N Loaded, an iOS game made by an independent developer, Kevin Bryan ("I", "me"). By downloading or playing the app, you agree to them.

License

I grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Lug N Loaded on your own Apple devices, for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement and these terms.

Acceptable use

Play fair. Don't:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app, except where applicable law explicitly allows it.
Use the app to harass, abuse, or interfere with other players during multiplayer.
Exploit bugs to falsify leaderboard times, or otherwise cheat Game Center leaderboards.
Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the app or its content.

Multiplayer & Game Center

Multiplayer matches, matchmaking, and leaderboards run on Apple's Game Center. Your use of Game Center is also governed by Apple's own terms and guidelines — I don't control matchmaking, Apple's servers, or another player's behavior, and can't guarantee a partner will be available at any given time.

Intellectual property

The app's code, art, levels, sound, and design are owned by Kevin Bryan, except for Apple's own frameworks (like GameKit and SpriteKit), which remain Apple's. Playing the game doesn't give you any ownership over it.

No warranty

Lug N Loaded is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. I don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available forever — it's a small, independently maintained project.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I'm not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits any liability that can't legally be limited.

Changes

I may update the app or these terms over time. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the current terms.

Termination

I can discontinue the app, or any feature of it (including leaderboards or multiplayer), at any time, for any reason.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of residence, to the extent those laws apply, and otherwise by general principles of fair dealing between an independent developer and a player.
